Thanks to the incredible generosity of our clients, family, and friends, our 2025 Light the Night was a memorable success!
As many of you know, we lost two of our closest loved ones to cancer in the past two years. In January of 2024, we lost my sister Brittany, who was honored as 2025's Remembered Hero at Baltimore's Light the Night walk on September 27th.
In January of 2025, we also lost my father, Tim. Before gettting sick again in 2024, Dad was a 2-time leukemia survivor who was fortunate enough to have almost 30 years of great health after treatment, allowing him to raise his family and become a proud grandfather of 3 amazing grandchildren.
Even when Dad and Britt were struggling through their own treatments, they loved the annual Light the Night Campaign. They gave generously, stayed engaged, and always put everyone else before themselves.
Funds raised through Light The Night allow LLS to fund treatments for patients who are suffering from all forms of blood cancers. LLS has helped fund over 70% of FDA-approved blood cancer treatments since 2016.
